- We post our products using Australia Post. If you order something in stock, it will be sent that day or the next business day. Custom orders are posted after we have made them and photo has been viewed by customer and payment cleared in our bank account.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not share any of your information with anyone! The only information we collect is used purely for making your experience with Atom Organics as awesome as possible.
- Returns & Replacements
- You will see photos of the exact product before you get it, so for this reason there is no returns or replacements. Except in very odd and extreme circumstances.
- Ordering
- Ordering products from Atom Organics is easy, just add them to your cart and checkout with PayPal or pay via direct deposit. The Atom Organics shopping cart is very functional, easy to navigate and has a quick checkout process.
Alternatively, visit our Facebook page and copy the link to the photo of your choice and send it to us in a message with the size and dimensions you would like.
If you have any trouble ordering, please contact us. - Custom Orders
- If you would like something custom made, please contact us and explain what you would like and we will make it. We then take photos and make sure you are happy. When you are happy with the product, we will send it out to you (only after payment is received). We usually have custom pieces made within 3 days tops. Alternatively, visit our Facebook page and copy the link to the photo of your choice and send it to us in a message with the size and dimensions you would like.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We only send out products once payment has been received and cleared in our account.
You can pay via PayPal or direct deposit into our ANZ account (Name: Ben Jones, BSB: 012874, ACC: 200129212), please leave a reference so we know who paid.
From time to time we run specials on certain products. To stay updated with our specials and promotions, please sign up to our newsletter.
Any specials and reductions in price will be displayed on the individual product price when you're viewing the site aswell. - Viewing Orders
